Why Sharyn
Sharyn knew from a young age that there is more to life than what we can physically perceive and has been on a continuing journey of exploration into the deeper meanings and experience of life since then.
She has a long history of success in her corporate career within financing, marketing, business growth, and leadership. Sharyn thrived off the eustress (healthy stress) and enjoyed the challenges along the way, but after shifting to being self-employed, it started to take its toll.
Lessons from Nature
Having navigated a burn-out/break-down, Sharyn now uses nature’s cycles and rhythms to manage all four quadrants of life. Body, Mind, Emotions and Spirit.
She is passionate about the ebb and flow of life and reflects on how that translates into life and business in ways that are in tune with nature’s cycles.
